My stay was quite disappointing overall, with the room's cleanliness and some other amenities falling short of expectations. While I appreciated the effort to provide kitchen facilities, they were lacking essentials. The service could have been better as well. I found the location to be decent, but I wouldn't consider this hotel a great value for money.

My stay here had its ups and downs. The location is very convenient for anyone visiting nearby medical centers, but the check-in process and room cleanliness left much to be desired. While I experienced a couple of satisfactory interactions with the staff, the overall service was inconsistent. Additionally, the amenities provided were quite lacking, which was disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel while visiting MD Anderson, and while there were a couple of bright spots, overall, my experience was rather disappointing. The cleanliness of the room was decent, and the front desk staff were friendly, but the lack of amenities and poor breakfast options left much to be desired. Additionally, not having a shuttle service really complicated our travel plans. I found a better room elsewhere at the same price, which highlights the inadequacies here.

Rooms

The room was clean but lacked basic amenities like dishes, coffee makers, and even a decent size blanket. There were also tufts of hair on the bathroom floor, which was off-putting.
Service

The service at the front desk was friendly, but the responsiveness to requests could be improved, as I often had to ask multiple times for items that should have been provided.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location is convenient for medical visits, especially to MD Anderson, but the area can get busy, making parking and leaving the lot a hassle during peak times.
Dining

The breakfast was quite minimal with only some prepackaged bars and no real variety. It didn't feel like a proper breakfast at all, which was a letdown considering it was advertised.
Facilities

The fitness center was subpar, lacking proper equipment and amenities like a place to connect headphones, which made working out a less enjoyable experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While it was conveniently located for my medical appointments and offered decent space with kitchen facilities, the cleanliness was subpar. The bathroom was tiny, and the pressure was low, which detracted from my stay. Overall, it's budget-friendly but comes with significant drawbacks.

The hotel offers a convenient location near medical facilities, which was great for my visits. The shuttle service made getting to appointments easy. However, the room I stayed in had a musty smell and wasn’t as clean as I had hoped. The breakfast options were quite limited too. Overall, it met my needs for the trip but left much to be desired in terms of comfort and amenities.
